全てを知っているという表現で、know something inside out を良く使います。

Have a familiar ring
なんか聞いたことがあるは、have a familiar ring (to it)と表現します。Ring は指輪ではなくて、鐘の音の ring です。英語ではピンときたときには鐘が鳴ります。日本語は電球がひらめきます。
His name had a familiar ring to it.
Ring a bell
心当たりがある、ピンとくるは、ring a bell と表現します。しかしこの表現は人に関して使うのが一般的だと思います。
否定形だと、not ring any bells といった表現もあります。
Does it ring a bell?

心得ている、お手のものと十分な知識があることについて日本語にも色々な表現がありますが、これに近いのが know one’s stuff でしょう。

全く知らないは、I have no idea.は日本人が良く使いますが、no clueや、not have a/any clue も同じくらい使われます。

Out of touch
Out of touch with の後に情報や知識に関することを持ってくれば、以前は知っていたけどいまはちょっと良く分からないといった意味になります。

Not have the faintest idea
Faint はぼやけたという意味で、その最上級が the faintest ですが、最高にぼやけた考えもない、本当に何も知らないという意味で、not have the faintest idea と表現します。
I don’t have the faintest idea where he is now.
Not have the foggiest
Foggy は霧がかかって、ぼんやりしているで、Not have the foggiest (idea)は絶対に何も知らないと、かなり強調して知らないことを主張したい場合に使います。

Cannot for the life of me
がんばっても人の名前が全く覚えられないようなとき、cannot for the life of me remember と表現します。
Me としましたが、him でも her でもくることもできますが、me が圧倒的に多いと思います。

Beats me
聞かれたことに対して答えを知らない場合、beats me を良く使います。I don’t know. と返答する代わりに使えるスラングです。
When’s her birthday? Beats me!
